After mentioning the background of education and teaching, this time the writer will mention all the basic principles in making an investment to become a mentor. In order to become a teacher, they must pass through the laws in which it will create a success for helping the students that make a permanent difference in the lives of other people.

First is the law of the teacher, this is referring to the teacher that does not stop growing today which is the present times that they are facing, and they will stop teaching tomorrow.

Second, is the law of education because it will be determine how people learn determines how you teach the students based on their performance teaching.

Third, is the law of activity which reach a maximum learning that is always the result of maximum involvement?

Forth, the law of communication that is focus to truly impart information requires the building of bridges.

Fifth, is the law of the heart because it has something to do with teaching that impacts are not head to head, but heart to heart?

Sixth is the law of encouragement because teaching tends to be the most effective when the learner is properly motivated.

Seventh, is the law of readiness that the teaching learning process will be the most effective when both student and teacher are adequately prepared?

My final word for this article is that readers, viewers, and listeners should keep in mind that these really only principles. When it comes to carrying out these purposes, God does not use principles, he use people.
