LG G8 ThinQ Leak Shows the Flagship From All Angles, With Dual Rear Cameras, Google Assistant Button

Now, a new set of high quality images have made their way online that give us a clear look at the LG G8 ThinQ’s layout from many angles. The leaked photos seemingly confirm some prior rumours concerning the upcoming high-end smartphone such as a dual rear camera set up, a committed Google Assistant button as well as a wide notch.

The brand new LG G8 ThinQ escape comes courtesy of Evan Blass (aka @evleaks), with a fairly solid reputation when it comes to smartphone escapes. The prolific tipster tweeted that the images of the upcoming smartphone also captioned it”LG G8 ThinQ”, eliminating any doubts regarding the identity of this smartphone. Additionally, alleged leaves of the device which were leaked last month revealed a similar layout but with a glistening blue surface finish and indicated that the LG smartphone will keep the 3.5mm headphone jack.

As for the hardware under the hood, the Korean company has formally confirmed that the LG G8 ThinQ will feature a ToF (Time-of-Flight) technology-backed front camera to get much more accurate 3D facial recognition and greater thickness estimation for bokeh consequences. As per another escape , the LG flagship will allegedly come equipped with a 3,400mAh battery, but there is no word on support for rapid charging. In Terms of the launch, LG is expected to unveil that the LG G8 ThinQ together with the LG V50 ThinQ 5G with an event scheduled for February 24, 2019 at Barcelona ahead of MWC 2019.
