Transsion Holdings manufacturer Infinix, as promised, has unveiled its Zero 5 smartphone to the Indian market. The all-new Infinix Zero 5 sport double rear cameras with support for optical zoom and portrait mode. There is an octa-core processor powering the device while it packs 6GB of RAM. The business has also unveiled Infinix Zero 5 Guru which is identical to the Infinix Zero 5 with just one big difference.

The all-new Infinix Zero 5 will be going on sale starting November 22 at 12am IST and will be exclusive to Flipkart. The Zero 5 has been priced at Rs. 17,999 and comes in Champagne Gold, Bordeaux Red, and Sandstone Black colors. The Infinix Zero 5 Pro comes with 128GB storage and is priced at Rs. 19,999.

The Infinix Zero 5 features a 5.98-inch full-HD 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered through an octa-core MediaTek Helio P25 processor clocked at 2.6GHz combined with 6GB of RAM. There’s no difference between the two handsets apart from the on-board storage. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with the company’s custom skin XOS 3.0 on top.

Talking about the cameras, the Zero 5 match double cameras in the back. There’s a 12-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX386 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, and dual LED Flash in addition to a secondary 13-megapixel camera with telephoto lens, f/2.6 aperture, and 2x optical zoom. In the front, the handset packs a 16-megapixel camera with LED flash. The handset comes with a fingerprint scanner in the back. For connectivity there is 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. GPS, USB-Type C, and 3.5millimeter audio jack. It packs a 4350mAh non-removable battery with rapid charging support.
