Chinese news site CNMO has shared several Weibo posts, which talk about a Glory 20 smartphone that is in the works, which is reported to be the Honor 20 Pro. The device is rumoured to have a 6.1-inch OLED display with an in-display fingerprint sensor. If Honor launches this telephone internationally then it would be the initial Honor phone using an in-display fingerprint sensor to launch outside China.
It’s said to be powered by HiSilicon Kirin 980 SoC, that’s the company’s flagship chip, and is likely to be released in three configurations — 6GB of RAM + 128GB onboard storage, 8GB of RAM + 128GB onboard storage, and 8GB of RAM + 256GB of onboard storage.
Other rumoured specifications include a triple camera setup in the back and one 32-megapixel sensor in front. The back camera setup is said to house a 48-megapixel main sensor, a 20-megapixel sensor using a wide-angle lens, along with an 8-megapixel sensor with a telephoto lens, and this is thought to have 3x optical zoom support. Moreover, the telephone will come with a 3,650mAh battery with 22.5W charging. Finally, the report asserts that the phone is expected to start at around CNY 2,999 (approximately Rs. 30,800). This could come as a replacement to the Honor View 20 (Inspection ), when and if it starts by the end of the month.
